I just purchased an account, but I never received the login details. I shot them an email, but sadly, no response yet. This is making me feel like it might be a scam. I’m starting to think they might have blocked my account.

Usually, I’ve never run into this kind of trouble, and I’ve always managed to get an account from gamermark. But this time, I hit a snag. I purchased an account, and after logging in just a couple of times, it got shut down for security reasons. So, I ended up wasting 700 ₺. (Thanks to gamermarkt for their assistance.)

This site is the absolute worst, seriously don’t waste your time. Most of their listings are bogus, and they don’t have any inventory. I tried to get 3 accounts, but each one got canceled because they were out of stock. The customer service is super rude too; they tell you to pay first and then wait a week or more, and you might even lose your cash if the seller doesn’t come through. Customer support always refuses to check with sellers about whether the accounts are actually available.

This is not a scam! I purchased an account and received it the very next day. I did run into a small issue logging in, but the live support team was super helpful, and now I've got my new Valorant account. Big thanks to Gamermarkt!
